I am so grateful we were connected to Andrew for our home-buying process. He made shopping for a house in a very difficult market easy and, dare I say, fun. He was extremely responsive and always made himself available to work with us, either in person or over the phone, at every step of the process. (Even after closing, he still picks up my calls!) He understood the market, it's history and where it currently stands, and helped us place a competitive offer on a highly sought out home we truly love. He also has great taste and has seen enough houses in the area to give real insight into what work might need to be done, what might be pointed out by an inspector, and what should steer you away from making an offer. He also provided an excellent network of real estate experts to help make the process seamless end-to-end. We truly miss working with him and I would refer him to anyone I know.
